Origin: Oceania - Solomon Islands
Trees Category: trees, tree height of about 30m, tree diameter is generally 0.6-2.0m (1.0m above the general application of tree diameter). The genus of about 250 species.
Wood: slightly shiny, texture staggered; uniform structure of fine flour, interstitial hard, intensity, dry shrink. Good drying performance; air-dry density 0.58g/CM3.
Identification points: soft bark, bast fibers are developed, strong and easy to separate into pine needles.
